PEAK ALIGNMENT ACTIVATION™

Client Agreement & Terms of Service

By purchasing Peak Alignment Activation™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the following terms.

1. SERVICE OVERVIEW

Peak Alignment Activation™ is a personalised spiritual guidance and personal development experience facilitated by Alessandra (Allie) Pepper.

The experience includes:

A transformational clarity questionnaire
Personal reflection and self-inquiry exercises
A personalised channelled reading based on the information provided by the client
Guidance received through Allie's intuitive and channelling practices
A personalised written report containing messages, reflections and guidance
A personalised practice to support connection with the client's own inner guidance
One recorded 60-minute online integration session

This service is educational, reflective and spiritual in nature.

2. WHAT THIS SERVICE IS NOT

Peak Alignment Activation™ is not:

Medical advice
Psychological counselling
Psychotherapy
Mental health treatment
Financial advice
Legal advice
Religious instruction

Any guidance received during the experience should be considered personal insight, reflection and spiritual perspective only. Clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions and outcomes.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

The client understands that:

Transformation requires personal responsibility and action.
Insights provided during the experience may challenge existing beliefs, behaviours or circumstances.
No specific outcome can be guaranteed.
The client remains responsible for all decisions made before, during and after participation.

4. PAYMENT

The investment for Peak Alignment Activation™ is USD $555.

Full payment is required before access to the experience is provided.

A place is not secured until payment has been received.

5. PREPARATION PROCESS

Peak Alignment Activation™ is a personalised experience that requires preparation before the integration session.

After payment is received, the client will be sent the Peak Alignment Activation™ questionnaire. The client is encouraged to take their time completing the questionnaire. There is no requirement to complete it immediately, and clients may take several days or longer if needed to allow their answers to emerge naturally.

Once the completed questionnaire has been returned, Alessandra Pepper will begin the personalised preparation and channeling process. The integration session will be scheduled only after this preparation has been completed.

The client acknowledges that this preparation forms a significant part of the service.

6. NO REFUNDS

Due to the personalised nature of this experience, all sales are final.

No refunds will be provided for:

Change of mind
Failure to complete the questionnaire
Failure to schedule the integration call
Dissatisfaction with insights or guidance received
Failure to implement recommendations

Once payment has been made and the questionnaire has been issued, the service is considered commenced.

7. PROCESS AND DELIVERY

Following payment:

1. The client will receive the Peak Alignment Activation™ questionnaire.
2. The client completes and returns the questionnaire.
3. Alessandra Pepper will review the responses and complete the channelling and preparation process.
4. Alessandra Pepper will contact the client to arrange a suitable time for the integration session.
5. The client will receive:

- - A written channelled report
  - Their personalised guidance process
  - A recorded 60-minute online session

Delivery times may vary depending on availability and the depth of preparation required.

8. SESSION RECORDING

The integration session will be recorded and made available to the client for personal use.

The recording will remain available for download for 7 days following delivery. It is the client's responsibility to download and securely store the recording within this period.

After 7 days, the recording may be permanently deleted, and Alessandra Pepper is under no obligation to retain or provide a replacement copy.

The recording is provided solely for the client's personal use and may not be reproduced, distributed, published, sold, shared publicly, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY

All personal information shared by the client will remain confidential except where disclosure is required by law.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials, frameworks, written reports, exercises, practices, recordings and content provided through Peak Alignment Activation™ remain the intellectual property of Alessandra Pepper.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, taught, sold or shared without written permission.

11. SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE DISCLAIMER

Peak Alignment Activation™ incorporates intuitive, spiritual and channelled guidance.

The client understands that:

Channelled information is subjective in nature.
Spiritual guidance should not be treated as fact or professional advice.
All interpretations and decisions remain the client's responsibility.
Alessandra Pepper makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness or outcomes arising from any guidance received.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alessandra Pepper shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from participation in Peak Alignment Activation™.

Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the client's own discretion.

13. AGREEMENT

By purchasing Peak Alignment Activation™, the client confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these terms and conditions.
